did some work on the car the last weeks.

because the car is probably gonna spend some time on the slalom course when its finished i figured out it would be a good idea to put in a rollcage. Original FIA approved ones cost a bit to much for my kind of budget. i dont need a fia approved one to run it on the slalom course. Got some measurements done and welded in a rollcage:





i cant run it with the doorbars in because that way you cant mount a decent size seat in to drive it :)

all the welding is done now, both doors needed a new panel where the lock is mounted. it was torn from the door because of metal fatigue of guys smashed the doors shut too hard






tommorow the sanding will start  :)
