got a call from my friend in his 70 s ole school upholsterer to say i have some bits made , come and take the front seats away and paint them , first  he trail fitted the covers to let me see , i was pleased and even more when  he told me the price , owen nw and when we stripped 1 of the front seats we found a 70 s digital watch stuck down 1 of the seats

mate landed with a strip stainless mesh that he found in a car in the scrap yard new in a packet and it was an exact fit, placed on the grill and run a bead of glue on to keep it on and held with loom ties , which il cut of tomorrow when the glue sets . and held with stainless screws
