flattened down the primer and had to stopper a few places pin holes in the filler and one high spot to sort .i then masked up to stone chipp the lower edges , owen nw

striped the engine bay and front compartment zinc primed them seam sealed them and stone chipped them ,sanded the doors down and have some kinks to fill owennw
 

i also replaced the ps door pins and bushes

now sporting second coat of high build primer

yes do all my own , i cant wire but lol i do my own as i cant afford to pay a pro, plus the most pros dont go to the level i do my self , as it wouldnt pay them ,look at the 126 it turned out well  owen nw

flattened down and broke through the primer in a couple of places, filled the kinks and re primed the areas .i used a flap dics and wire brush to descale the back of the bulk head behind back seats , then zinc primed and seam sealed the edges owen nw

Looks great! I'd love to be able to take my 126 on in such a manner but space/time/experience aren't really available lol. I just get to read theory and then try to piece it together when I finally get to have a go at something in the end.

poxxxy its a small car roll on its side easy to work on in limited space , time well i do mine a few hours as much as i can not every day but most , as much as possible , some times for an hour or 4  6 hours depends on my form , or if i could be bothered . on experience iam learning as i go along , times am not sure what to do or if what am doing is right, so i go on here or other forums to ask for advice or look at how others do theres , if i can give advice i will , so go on give it a bash owen nw

to day i started on bonnet and engine which turned out not to be as good as they looked so out with the welder again now stripped welded and ready to fill owen nw
