I need a headlight (fittings broken at the back) apart from that it looks like just TLC to me.

I need the seats pete! Wing mirrors and bumpers are a go - tho the rear bumper wont have any lights.

Only one photo as im a little peeved.
Got lots of rust treated, changed engine mount, decided to clean up the dizzy a bit and tweek the timing since the engine was over running slightly .... and guess what - wont start. Turns over ok, got fule got spark choaks moving freely but no starty going to have to retime the engine when i can be bothered and work out whats happening. Not what i wanted to be doing tbh.

If the car has been sitting for a while fuel goes stale, all I can say is when I first got mine I changed the battery and the fuel and it started strait away

Itll be fine, just needs a little time and tinkering. Focusing on the body work to stave off the rot before the weather gets bad again!

The cheap and nasty way, cut the springs! Going to weld in spring holders so the arms dont droop.

Got my backside in gear and retimed up the engine - think it'll fire up now 

Yet to try it as im going to change the exhaust next so i thought i'd leave it for the moment.

Looking a littleugly at the moment.

How to the mounting blocks for the front leaf come off the car anyone? One of the bolts isnt looking to clever and im worried its going to sheer.

Got some free wheels - just need smaller tyres 175/70 surprizingly doesnt fit!

How did you lower the front? I've heard removing the second leaf or simply just reversing it does the trick?

This was the plan (to reverse the leaf) I then decided to grind the mounting blocks down. I did this and refitted the set up but to be honest with you because it all looked so sorry for its self iv decided to revise the whole front suspention set up - when the snow clear and i can get working on it ill post some photos.
Bare in mind im doing all the work my self on this and the budget is no more then a few ££ for the whole car at the moment.

Update wishbones and shocks have been ordered along with some tyres that should fit, so im now pending weather
