Yeah oil catch tank does seem to be the way to go

I've been putting it off for a while but every time I go over 65 the engine gets covered in oil. Not so bad in winter
I'm going to do a Rusty and build some with a drain set-up with non-return

I want it out of aluminium, shaped to fit in the back corner of the engine bay with a sight hose etc.
I think that twin cam one is actually some kind of supercharger, I've seen a single overhead cam conversion and want to work on one soon.
I've always thought, yes it's an expensive game but if a 600 V twin bike can make big horse power, why can't we? Looks right without half the back cut-out with radiators etc etc [-/
