Hi, i recived my twin carbs off ebay today. ive got a pair of kei-hin's from a er500, wish me luck.. getting the manifold made up for me... alond with the motorcycle exhaust!!!

Unless you have a special head with two separate inlets, I would imagine one of those carbs would do the job easily.
Have a look at the blitz buggy link I posted somewhere.

no, single carb with twin choke...
ill be replacing my 40mm webber with two 38mm carbs from a kawasaki, ill also be upgrading to an electronic fuel pump.. the engines getting an overhaul first..

Looks easy now ive seen this pic.. just a case of modifying the manifold and attatching to bent pipes... jobs a guden...

Id go for a tube based fanny mould, just make a set of flat plates to bolt to the carbs and engine then cut a piece of appropriate carved tube and weld it in between....

explain that a little better stuey... i was just going to use the gasket (pictured) as a template, and then machine it out of 10mm steel, the weld two pipes on to it..
My carbs have rubber connectors on them to connect straight to engine
