Sorry for my absence, mateys, I've been chokka for a while.
The vehicle was a Menix 3 Terrazo - no, I'd never heard of them either so I was hoping someone with a knowledge of 2CV specials could tell me more. The pic was taken in 2006 at The Swiss International microcar rally at Wohlen, near Zurich.
Here's an easier one, a vehicle in current production

" Indian tata tatt ?"
If you mean Tata Nano, the answer's No-No.

"just kidding i think i got this one...smart for 2??"
yes it's smart, but not A Smart.
( I drove one of the very early Smarts in Germany before they were available in UK, and like you, I was very impressed.")

Here's a frontal pic of another one - (ignore the extra graphics on the front, they're just an aftermarket decal. )

Cheers!
Terry

Well Done !
I used to wn a Ligier Nova, upon which the BE UP is based and I regret to say that it's performance was hardly better than an original Fiat 500. I had expected that after 50 years engine designers would have sqeezed more go from 500cc.

OK - your turn now.

Thought it would be faster, as it only weighs half as much as 500.

O.K. so this one is not a car(neither a motorcycle), but I couldn`t resist. It is one of my latest toys.
Anyway even the Ligier is registered as a heavy quadricycle.

My Ligier Nova was almost new, immaculate condition, petrol not diesel, and the performance was embarrassingly lethargic. Although 65mph was claimed it took an eternity to reach 50 mph. Like all the other variants it had no clutch pedal, no gears, just a centrifugal clutch and a variable speed belt drive.
However, around town it was a tiny vehicle, easy to park, and excellent for shopping , despite its body and door panels being made of Tupperware. Pic attached.
I loaned it to my son so he could drive it on his motorcycle licence. He rolled it. Nova finito.

I've been wondering, why Terry didn't gave the answer, for he is THE expert of microcars.
Fortunately i've got a picture from my polish pal Adrian, otherwise i wouldn't have new "guess-the-car" stuff. It's an easy one, but it's a rare one, too:
