Based on the headlights I reckon it's either a Suzuki or a Subaru, but that's as far I can go with it. I would also like to say I want one :D

Well, i'm guessing it's a kit car based on a small car (fiat?) due to the small wheels.

You're all heading in the right direction.  Here's another pic, of the rear. I've blacked out the badges, but they appeared to be chromed and very substantial, not just cheap stickers.
