I have to write a wedding invitation in English. Could someone check that for me please?

This is how it looks:

Mr.XXX and Mrs YYY
together with our Parents
cordially invite

Mr. ZZZ

to share in the celebration of our wedding
Saturday, the twenty seventh of September 2008
at five oâ€™clock in the evening in Bożego Ciała Church, Busko-ZdrÃ³j.

After the celebration in the church
you are invited to the wedding reception in â€œFinezjaâ€ Restaurant,

Would be grateful if You could help me

it looks a bit muddled and needs a bit of simplifying, perhaps along the lines of these samples

This is not necessary Dajwid. Ive chosen one of the texts from the website with samples. Do you speak Polish?
