Hi

I'm looking for a starter motor for a Fiat 126 BIS. I got quoted ?47 to rewind the one I currently have which is really excessive I believe. Any ones going cheap in Poland?

Thanks

Dave

HI sorry haven't been about for jonks :-( 126 is in my garage covered in dust.  If anyone still needs bits from poland drop me a line. BIS spares are really hard to find but aircooled bits are always around, very cheap.

126 bis stub axle kig pin assembley
« Reply #23 on: May 18, 2006, 10:35:13 PM »
hhi dajwid i spoke to you earlier about stub axle and carrier units for my bis, you intimated that you may be able to help me out. I am looking for both near-side and off-side units, all fitted up with bushes.
This is the challenge! if you choose to accept it, this message will self destruct in T minus 3.2.1 bang.

If bis bits are hard to find will earlier units fit?
I know there is one less eye on the stub axle to fit the brake baking plate to, appart from that will they fit? does anyone else know?

I'm pretty sure the whole front end can be swapped over between the BIS and the 126P.

Hi. Do you have a pedal box for a 126?

I live in egham so i should be able to pick it up from you, although i do need it pretty quick to get the wee car through the MOT.

Thanks

Michael
