Engine parts

Who's best to get everything for my engine and also does anybody know of any Pistons that will give me a ting but of extra power? And also other methods to get a tad more "oomf" if you like?
Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

New valve guides, valves, valve springs, pistons and piston rings, but I was wandering what else could make my engine last longer and be that little bit more reliable and also a bit nippy of you know what I mean?
