I am Antonio! A 19 years old enthusiast of small classics like the 126. I am Spanish but currently living in London. My family used to have a Seat 600 and a Fiat 126 and I absolutely love those kind of cars. The style they have is amazing. So I was thinking of starting myself a little project to get myself my dream 126. I would love to do so. But first I need to do my research! I love the Seat 600, Fiat 500 and 126, and although I am pretty aware of all the models of both the Seat and Fiat 500, I am honestly a little bit lost in the 126 world and I really discovered the car not while ago. So if someone can help me clarify the different models and versions of the cars I would really appreciate that Smiley
Besides that I would like to start a project as I said. Maybe get myself a car, something cheap (around 500) and little by little start to build it up.
I really do not have much idea in terms of mechanics although I do learn quick and I am happy to read as much as I need to read, nonetheless I think my idea would be to get a car that mechanically is fine, take everything out, make myself a nice interior and paint it in a nice light classic colour. If someone wants to join me in it and have a weekend working I would really love that.
So yes, pretty much I am looking for a cheap car that I am able to fix. Nonetheless I do have a tiny problem, and that is the insurance... that ask me for 6k annually... ARE THEY CRAZY?
