HEY HO.......does anyone have a bis alternator going cheap? BIG lump of alloy rear mounting fell off mine the other day.....................i am trying to love this thing,but it keeps throwing curved balls at me.......

will swop a lobster or two for the alt.or you can have some of your earth pounds? :shock:

Used one over here but I think it is expensive at nearly 40 pounds, second hand. Are you after new or used? If used I will make a few calls.

used is fine,40 quid?,jeeeezz,i thought there would be loads laying around bolted to knackered blocks?????..............its really not a problem,i'll scrap the b******* thing!......they are b*******s arnt they :lol:

I've got one in my garage, not sure how good it is, as I got it with the job lot. Covered in oil, but should be OK.

Send me a message if you still need one. Yours for the price of a pint and postage.

alternators !i have two and both are knackered seems that the brushes wear down real fast leaving it unable to charge has cost me £55 quid to re furb today and thats only one! so milky you are a hero , and dave bite his fingers off you lucky man!
