I've just seen a bubble car being towed by a camper van - my guess is he's on route to the show :D

Half tempted to pay a visit, but the auction for my car ends on Sunday night. Might be a seeing off show for the BIS :).

Regarding entry cost, this is what the organiser Malcolm Dudley told me when I said I was not showing a car but simply coming to see the others:

"The rally is adjacent to Hatton and you do not have to enter  their site to attend the rally.

We are charging £6 for the rally pack which includes a program, rally plaque and a gift."

This seems to be the same as if you are showing a car, from what the website says, so in effect it is free to show, or to put it another way, when you've finished admiring the microcars, you can come along and admire my daily driver...  ;D

Just back from visiting this show. I asked his chap if I was going the right way for the baby Fiats...

He said yes, but actually I thought it was just a wind-up...

The aim of a microcar is to make the vehicle as small and as lightweight as possible. No surplus weight is allowed, and all modern conveniences and mechanical aids are absolutely forbidden. Naturally, all the Fiat 126s were immediately disqualified in favour of this outright winner...
