Hi all just to point out that Z Cars have completed this conversion in a 500 and are now selling conversion kits to fit 500's so they should fit a 126, very expensive.  They use a Subaru shortened box with a reversed crow wheel and pinion. If you look up Z Cars Subaru engined Fiat 500 you will see him comment on the handling, this is for the 1800cc scuby married to a 126 box. The ej20 engine conversion they completed was on their web site with a short test drive. Dom keep up the good work, can't wait to see your build thread.

If you are on Facebook look through 2014, 2013 for more Subaru fiat conversions, also some photos of new front suspension. Also look at the videos here you will see an ej2.5 in a 500 at the start of its test drive oh listen to its first start up what an amazing sound/roar. I want one. I think the conversion includes the subagears gearbox conversion.

Got myself a new turbo from a lad I know. Didn't really want a td05 because of its sheer size and the amount it was meant to cost but when he's selling this one for £40 I can't go wrong lol! Gave it a bit of a scrub up but sill loads more to clean up on it, bearings should be hear next week at some point so once I get a gap in exams I'll be fitting them

Getting all giddy now lol,

Right, after long deliberation I've decided to name him "Neil"

Because he's going to look normally ish and then it's called a "sleeper" when they are still fast, the only animal I could think of was a sloth,

So Neil on the sofa advert was the best option,

The rest of the engine rebuild shall be done tomorrow and then uploaded. Very excited to get it going now,

Had a free day due to the rain so I set hold of stripping my engine further, 
Took last few auxiliaries off and removed all bolts but after cutting all down my hand I've signed off for the night ready to start again another day

Got some wheels from my sisters boyfriend for £40! They are 4x100 so it's an awkward fit but it'll do for me at that price! They do need a refurb but very very pleased with them! They for rub slightly on the front but it was only a quick little test fit today so I'm sure I'll be able to sort that issue!

More photos to be uploaded when I get chance to put the other two on etc.

They look great! Wobbly bolts will get you around the PDC problem or if you have the room a set of hubcentric spacers with a conversion of 98x4/100x4

Currently the wobbly bolts are doing the job but it depends how safe they turn out to be when j do some research

They are ct's, (cheap and tacky) but they don't need to be anything special right now anyway, and 15" so quite large running 7j I think it read, not sure on tyre size though
