BV if you are quick and pull a handbrake turn you may just get a glimpse of me in your mirror

Mics126 , cheers mate , things are moving on but loads of work to do as ever. The engine now in the car was something of an experiment using parts I hoped would match up and the signs are good at the moment. The camshaft is an original 70's Abarth fast road cam , ultra rare but I stumbled upon this nos one on ebay. Rest of the spec is alloy sump , Bis crankshaft, lighter 500 flywheel, sport exhaust , alloy fan, electronic ignition, rebore to 662 ccs and a cylinder head is from a tuned 594 engine . I went from a perfect standard engine to this within a day or two so although I have not done the bean thing I can feel more low down torque and there is a willingness to rev outside of the normal range going by those red dots on the speedo.

Did you see the post about the sport cam project ?
