the BMW K engine is adapt with a 20mm alu plate on the fiat gearbox. the flywheel is custom made.
the frontbrake is a disk from panda 34, wheels are borbet A in 5,5x13. the tyres are 165/55 R13.

This piques my interest. do you know if the k1200 engine will fit in the engine compartment that well?

130hp would be pretty damn good and that flat engine would leave plenty of room up top. They seem to be available pretty cheaply as well.  That said, i don't know how well the stock transmission or axles would handle 130hp.

i'm willing to bet the stocky tranny would burst into flames at 130hp.

I thought of this swap a long time ago.
Compliments on a job well done.

How is the transmission coping with 75hp and 6.8kgm ?

Hi sitzke,

my engine is standard at the moment. I'm planning some mods though...I'll keep the Club posted when there's something interesting.

Thanks for the answer about the gearbox.
