Hello, have a few bits and pieces
« on: August 05, 2013, 01:05:00 PM »
Hello everyone

It's been a while since I've ventured on to the website as I have work that takes up most of my time  (working seven days a week now  :() and sadly I had to leave my 126 overseas when moving. I'm thinking of getting one but not sure when as space is an issue. I have however come across a Fiat/Alfa Romeo/Lancia workshop that is closing down and thought I'd ask about 126/Niki items and they still have some lying about. All that's left are mainly the 'crumbs' as someone else has taken most of the stuff but I thought I'd buy the rest so as to rescue them from the skip (they are literally throwing all their parts out into bins!). I will have to conduct an inventory on what I actually have and how many but I thought I'd let you guys know in case you are after something you can leave me a message and I'd be able to have a look for you. They're mainly trim bits and some electrical things but I will be acquiring some alternators and starter motors as well. Some of the parts are used and some are new. I will of course take postage fees into consideration and will give a good price to anyone who is interested in some of these parts. I will be keeping a few things for myself as I do want to buy a 126 sometime (this year would be nice :) ) I can tell you for sure after packing the boxes that I have a lifetime supply of engine mount rubbers :)

A few pictures and I also managed to find body panels as well.
If you are interested in other Fiat/Alfa/Lancia parts then let me know and I'll ask the guy if he has anything left for them as they catered for many models and still have some in stock (including complete engines e.g. Regata). I am still surprised that all they're doing with their stock is throwing them out into large bins and they'll probably be doing that with most of their equipment/tools as well.

Before anyone asks about the cylinder heads they don't have valves or springs and they also  do seem to be used and damaged. One seems to have been skimmed wrong (would still be usable in my opinion with the right treatment but needs work) and also the area between the valve seats also seem to have a small crack.

Have many:
Column switches
Windscreen wipers
Outer plastic trim pieces (on the side of car)
Wiper motors
Dashboard clusters
Tail lights
Front indicators
Rubber engine mounts
Door handles and latches (all used and no keys to handles unfortunately)

Also have two front and two rear large plastic bumpers and two original still in box reverse lights (square ,under rear bumper type).

Have window winders and inner door handles as well so if you're looking for something just leave a message and I'll have a look to see if I have one. Unfortunately no starter motors and alternators as I had previously mentioned.
