Buy a different car
There are no tuning parts for the bis, the only things I know of are to lose your airfilter and put bigger jets in the carb.

As Marc said above, however if you go messing with those the car will probably run worse! Jokke on here has fitted a supercharger to his. The best (but hardest) option is an engine swap, preferably a motorbike engine

I have a supercharger on mine, it goes pretty good. but it is lots of work. And now my head gasket have gone. I'd go for a engine swap, a 4 cyl boxer from an alfa or something.
