Fiat 500 air vent.

Has any one got an air vent for the 500, its the strip of slightly curved multi slotted metal panel that fits above the  hinged engine lid.  There are 2 on Ebay but they wont post, why not.?...How hard can it be to use stout cardboard gaffa tape and post it ??.....Mike.
