That is an early 594 ccs engine going by the dynamo and the carb elbow. Would have been great for BarV when he broke his engine. Don't knock it too much there are bits in there that will fit your Bis  :)

that's not a 126 engine it's a 500 - it's got a 500 carb and the studs are too long...???

I think you are right, by studs I assume you mean the engine mount studs. Check out the guy's eBay  feedback profile  :o
Includes a negative for a Fiat 500 engine he refused to let go at the auction price  :$
