Project fiaprilia
« on: October 10, 2012, 07:04:06 AM »
Hello,

After i had rebuild mine engine with all new and fast parts ifound it a bit dissepointed.

There was some speed but not realy much,
I blame it alsow to my other car, a reliant robin with a yamaha r1 engine,

So i sold my engine en bought a aprilia 2cilinder bike engine,
It is curently sitting in the car and i am connecting all diverent things,
I try to do everyting by mysellf,

The body is finished last year, i build it over the top, so it looks a bit diverent,

After the link you can see some photos of the build so far,

Epic!!! It looks and sounds awesome! Good luck with it and please post more!
I didn't do it!  ...unless it was good...  ...even then it's still debatable...

Yesterday i had my firstbtest drive in de fiaprilia,,

My clutch didnt realy work but i had to test it.
Everuthing works fine the fiat gearbix needs to be in 4 gear to drive normal,
But i only tested the 1,2,3 gear i gave a little bit to mutch throtle :D
And my adapter between the gearbox and engine broge down i used the center piece of the fiat clutch
And this is not strong enough, so i have to make this myself.

But the first meters ane in the book....gertjan
