Pete will be able to advise you on this one as he looked into it with Accuspark. I believe that the unit shown in the picture will not fit as it screws direct into the distributor body, fine for air cooled, but does not allow for the Bis vacuum advance. That unit shown is much cheaper at Accuspark and they are located not too far away from me . Been to the shop a couple of times recently and talking to the Boss man . I told him that I had bought a number of items through eBay when they discounted the prices and he said that they often do that on Sundays to boost sales.  :)

On the picture is not the Bis's one, also you can read:

They fit:

All Fiat 126 and Fiat 500 2cly cars

So it's pretty fake ad.

Actually, this trigger is fittable in Bis, only after some machine work, that we have commented in a previous topic.

Yes, the points... But you can help them ;)

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-Electronic-Ignition-System-kit-12v-neg-earth-/200540069425?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2eb11e9e31

You will be happy with it 100%!

Also buy brand new points and adjust the gap properly!

The only thing i can't see mentioned is that module must be powered by 12V, that means before the external ballast resistor or resistance wire (the second case if double ignition coil in 126). It's the sky blue wire #55 that powers the coil. From the ignition key to the left rear fender it's a normal cable, then enters connector #49. Between #49 and ignition coil #56 goes wire #55 the "curved" one. So you have to catch power for the electronic ignition module from connector #49. ;)

This is the way to power all the electronic ignitions when we got the double 126's coil!
