Cheers Chris , just collected a 1/4 inch drive set. When I got to the store the guy on the parts desk was having trouble identifying the item from the reservation code so I had a look on the shelves and there it was . In store price £39.99 , online special offer £14.99 
Nice little bit of kit in a decent case. Useful universal joint to get in those awkward places like the nut that holds the the carb down on the air cooled cars and I was impressed by the fact that there is a 1/4 square socket in the top of the screwdriver handle so it can double as an extension. So with that, the uni joint and the normal extension you can put together a 26 cms extension, not bad for such a small set

I have used the 1/4" drive set a lot in the short time I have had it and it is great but I discovered a couple of problems. Went to use the 4mm hex key and found it had a plain 4mms round end then looking for a small socket realised there were two 7mms sockets and no 6mms one so took it back today and it is all sorted. So if anyone else bought one check that you have the right bits in the box

That is unusual, lucky you found out that there was a problem, I don't suppose many people use the hexagon keys.   If I am right the set also comes with a lifetime guarantee, so hang on to the receipt.

Was the first thing I checked was that it had all the right bits, so happy days there, though the clip for holding the driver ends in to the relevant adaptor keeps coming out again I can't believe how much I've used it since I got, well worth the £15! The box unfortunately suffered my stupidity for not moving it out the way when rolling the Sei off the ramps

i have owned the 1/4 inch set for several years now, it is excellent and has proved to be a good buy.
Fantastic for motorbike jobs, and the car also.
