Finally holidays were here..I done the brakes and was driving 2-3 days with car..Everythig works fine and car brakes great ;-). Discs and pads are NEW. Front discs Metteli(ventilated 240mm), rear discs Breco(227mm), front and rear pads Ferodo SL.
Front ones were done last time, just need to make 3mm distance betveen disc and wheel hub and put it on car.
Last one were a little harder to do. I have no idea where to start because i found some rear disc conversions but with punto or zastava calipers..no ones with Uno Turbo ones. So I take rear left arm off and start with drowing and cutting. After some time I got some "normal" shape on paper. I find 6mm wood plate and drow the shape on it. There were mistakes, every time 1 or 2mm..but after 5 plates I got the exact measure. I put the disc and caliper on rear arm and everything fits perfect. I took 6mm steel plate and take it to the drilling mashine to do the same holes like on wood plate. Then I do the wanted shape, finalize it and put on arm. As everythig fits fine, I put the arm back to the car and put the plate and brakes on it. Steel brake hose stays original, just pointed in another way, rubber hose is the same as front one. The handbrake cable stays original too, just need to put handbrake 5cm back (there are 4 screws now, 2 was just to try it,I forget to take picture on the end). And I put the new main cylnder ;-). Rims are from Yugo, 5.5x13 and it fits without any distance.
I found some interior acessories like old type of ball on shifter and small steering wheel (will have to find some deep one because of my big legs
)
Next to do is ti fit the raidator, ventilators and drag the pipes through the car..but only on weekends..damn school
