Greetings from Italy

Hy guys! I'm a newbie from Italy  8). Recently i've bought my first vintage car, a '77 Personal 4... As you know this was the first year of production for this model... It was years that i would buy a 126 and now i got!!! The car have  a little of rust.. but the engine works very well and driving it is a special pleasure... Now step by step i hope to refit it in the best way.
As soon as possible i'll post some pictures of my "macinino" as i call it  ;D.

grazie, dottore - and welcome  :) where in italy are you? ooh, i So wanted a '77 personal [the year i was born!] - does it have a sun-roof? what colour is it? i have recently bought an '89 bis - so much fun! i had ridden a 1965 vespa sprint up until recently - and, surprisingly, don't miss it at all! the 126 grin-factor really is beyond compare!

Great! i also rode a vespa for several years ( 125 primavera ET3).. I live in La Spezia. My car is azure, don't have sun-roof..

oh, cool! my 126 is azure, too  :) wow: la spezia? near cinque terre? i didn't think they had roads there - lol  8)

Yes!! It's very close... There are very beautiful roads for driving this car!! And also in this zone there many vintage car clubs organizing journey and reunions...  ;D Another beautiful place is the Garfagnana, where are the Apuane mountains from wich is pull out the famous marble... There are several beautiful town where you can eat very well and the landscapes are beautiful
