New to the forum with a Fiat for sale - beautiful condition

Hello all!
I am new to this Fiat forum and was looking for a bit of advice.
My grandad has had a Fiat 126 in his garage for years. It has been well taken care of and was his little baby and kept tucked away under many blankets since 2001.
Unfortunately he passed away at the end of the year and my grandma wants the Fiat out of the way as she has no use for it.
Its G reg and even though it has been sat for a long time, there is NO rust and it is in mint condition. The only sign of age is that the bumper has faded a bit but that is all. My grandad was a perfectionist and it shows in this car, it really is lovely. Its low mileage, think about 30,000 but will have to check. No MOT but all it needs is the points changing and some fresh oil and it'll be as good as new.
We want to sell it but could do with an idea of price and we'd like it to go to someone that will appreciate it for the cute little thing it is!

Hi emma and welcome can we have a few pictures of your fiat? It will give us a bit more info and I am pretty sure we will be able to give you more-or-less the market value for it. It might be sold here quite easily as well as few of our members are still on a hunt :d

Hi,

The actual mileage is 15935. It was last taxed in 2001. We're pretty sure all it needs is the points changing and some fresh oil and she should be up and running.

Hello all!

I finally have some pictures of my grandads Fiat that I mentioned on here a while ago. The Fiat is now up and running but has no tax or MOT.

from what i can see its a decent car i would recommend that you get the car motd to achieve a better price the only probs you should have is that you will need to drain the fuel tank as the petrol will be naff and make sure the brakes are operating properly as they tend to sieze up when left for a long time. however i dont think the no plate will be welcome in parts of our major cities......
