FUel Tank

Im after a new ( or very good) fuel tank for my BIS that I can have powdercoated so it wont go all rusty again- any one got any Ideas?

theres a place in barnsley called bevers and you can get body panels and brand new fuel tanks for the BIS there we got a body panel there nd it was good and fast delivery so i think you should give them a try heres the link for you

If you're still after a fuel tank, there is one just listed on ebay, item 140365668164.
Also listed by the same seller is a rad, clutch kit, revolution alloys & a gearbox. All items state postal service available.

hey guys thanks for all your answers- beevers for info dont do them any more (along with front panels!) and I have since decided to go for an alloy tank on the insde of the car- theres serious angle grinder business occuring in the next few months!

For some reason I have got this image of an ally petrol filled container sitting where the passenger seat would be , probably with a wooley bobble hat on the top 
You could just fit a Fiat 500 tank which would give you a little more weight on the front end & the 126 sender unit will go straight in to accomodate the fuel return  [-/

The manual says 4.5 galls on a 500 & 4.6 galls on a 126  [-/

If I remember rightly, the 500 had the pipes to supply hot air to the screen on the inside. All the 126's seem to have them in the boot and the BIS is even worse with the fan etc in the boot. Might be a factor to consider...
