Hi Folks,

I've fancied a 126 for many years and have fond childhood memories of one and at last we've just bought our little treasure.

Found on ebay with a rather poor write up, we weren't exactly sure what we'd bought!

She's a 1989 BIS and other than having a hole in the exhaust and needing a new tyre, I think we've been quite lucky. The interior has seen better days and she needs slight bodywork attention, but nothing serious at all.

We've only had her for a fortnight but have already enjoyed a couple of great trips out, she's as much fun to drive as I'd hoped! We call her Millie, Reg MLE, hence the username.

This is a great forum and we both look forward to aving a good look around.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the welcome.

The old girl has a full MOT, not that it counts for much as she's been playing up for the last few days.
She has a very lazy spark and seems to be suffering from fuel starvation (we think!) air bubbles in the fuel line - She's something of a work in progress!

I've added a couple of picies to the garage.
