where to start ?

right i have got the car (bis) red , gr8 condition
not a license , or insurance (test in 6 days )
got a bit of money (left over from the price of the car) car was 400quid from a neighbour which leaves me 600 for upgrades and no doubt spares will be needed over time :/

anyway back to the point, it involves a lot of i wants .

-alloys , but im useless and i dont no what ones fit
-chrome bumpers , same problem again
-stereo, but dont no where to put speakers ? passenger footwell ?
-new steering wheel, but cant find a boss kit anywhere
-rally lights on front
-a vinyl stripe down the side like on the racing versions , vrooooooooooom

any help with ^^^^^^^^ , and im thinking that im going to need to do a few more jobs round the house for a bit of dosh :/

p.s im only 17 so dont have the best of knowledge with cars, only bikes and by that i mean pushbikes

lets get serious, alloys must be 4*98 (bolt distance), 5 or 5,5 j (width) and et 39 if im not mistaken, try to find the ones of a cinq sporting they fit straight on, but arent the prettiest 1 imho. you put the stereo in its place, put a small speaker in the glove compartment and place 2 on the back parcel shelf (if you have the orig re-inforce it, if not make one from a strong material and the re-enforce that too ) you can either get a sport steering wheel and hope to find a boss, or you could look for older fiat sport ones, like from the 128 coup or similar, i have a pair of those rally lights, not hard to install them at all... best of luck  [-/

good choice of first car welcome to a life of lunacy ! for speakers some companys do plastic spacers for 100mm door speakers pioneer used to.whatever you fit electricaly fuse it and use a relay when you can .I have an address for spot lights huge light output but only 35w current draw each will look it up for you( important to stop battery drain).cant help on alloys check previous threads have seen steering boss's try axle gerst or ricambi if you need electrical help pm me           good luck with your test

 :oops2: sorry to hear about your test failled mine first time because they moved the test station across town and did not inform me turned out ok got free retest within the week . got some adresses for you europaspares.com   
tel 01283 815609   ring and ask for catalogue might do steering boss or consider a removable boss next merlin motorsport.co.uk  tel 01249 782101  again ask for catalogue finaly as promised hidcity.co.uk these lights are not cheap but light output spectacular and very low power drain. once fitted KC daylighters to fiat 500 total power 300w
when turned on not enough power for ignition coil so engine stalled .
