Put a bolt in the wheel (with it off the car) and look at the inside of the wheel, how much length of thread do you have protruding.  I believe the engineering rule of thumb is that you should have at least 1.5 times the diameter of the bolt protruding ready to go into the threaded hole in the hub, although (going from memory here) do not forget that the thread doesn't start immediately at the mounting face, you also have the thickness of the brake drum to consider.  So protrusion needs to be 1.5 x bolt diameter (12mm?) plus the thickness of the drum.

As I said before, I am pretty sure the standard bis bolts are not long enough for cinq alloys, but could be long enough for some other alloys, because I have somealloys on my bis now with the standard bolts, because these wheels weren't so thick in the bolt area.

And definitely do be aware that cinquecento bolts have a different thread pitch, so you can't use these - they will go in, but bugger up the hub in the process as one of our forum members found out.

That pickup looks cool, did you do the conversion yourself and can we have a load more pics please!

I use standard bis bolts on mine, the sporting space saver is the same size as the bis wheels. Use the standard CC size tyres to keep your gearing and speedo correct.
