126 RHD headlamp(s) wanted

Hi there!

I have owned two 126s many years ago, and my mum had a blue '86 model from new.  I wonder what happened to D63 UHH?  Many fond memories of learning to steer it on the throttle round wet roundabouts in second gear.

Anyway, I am presently restoring a Laverda RGS1000, which uses a headlamp from a 126, and I need a new one, because the mounting tabs have cracked on the one I have.  Does anyone out there in 126 land have a new or good used headlamp?

Years ago, 126 parts were 10 a penny, with old ones in scrapyards everywhere, but used parts seem very thin on the ground now.

the only new ones that appear are left hand versions and i would think that nobody would split a pair nowdays as they are rare i wish you well on your search .

Thanks Bis!  I should add that I would consider buying a pair of headlamps, even though I only need one, as there are plenty of Laverda owners out there who need a headlamp.

 what a lot of owners do in the same situation is to purchase the lhd headlight units and transfer the rhd lens on to the new shell.
