It is also known more commonly as an Eifelland F1 car. My next hint was going to be that the name is written on the car.

Its a beautifully proportioned Bitter CD

The Bitter CD was originally an Opel concept displayed in 1969 and 1970. When Opel decided not to put the CD into production Erich Bitter stepped in and purchased the project.

Production of the Bitter CD began in 1971 and was based on a shortened Opel Diplomat chassis, the suspension was revised to handle the lighter CD but otherwise the running gear remained much the same.

Power for the Bitter CD came from a 5.4 litre V8 developing 230 horsepower.

Hi Piet I have seen this car in the flesh along long time ago, and not too far away from you. There was a guy who owned one just off Heyendaalseweg in Brakkenstien.

The only three wheeler in the tadpole configuration I can find from recent years, but cannot fine a picture of is the Skunk SS|TAZR car. Is that it?

Wow, Pete you're the second person this week (on this forum) who is familiar with Nijmegen! It is a small world!! I remember a dark green Bitter parked outside one of the law firms on Oranje singel, maybe the same car?

But this is a tricky trike... (loose wires from the dash..., is it a kitcar?)
