Its not fiat based. its engines were either 200cc or 250cc.

From 1952 to 1958, 11 different models of car were manufactured by the company that made this, but the total production of all models by the company is believed to be only 81 units. they did some very well known microcars

I must admit I had to do quite a bit of web searching to find this one.  It appears it was made by Spatz but was also called the Victoria 250.

Ok to prevent killing the game, lets go to something easier.  The one I posted previously is a Nota Fang.  This is a kit car that has been around in Oz for a number of years, the one pictured is from 1971, but you can still buy the kit here http://www.notasportscars.com/Fang.html
