OK I know how you guys love your 3 Wheelers. 
The story to this one is that way back in the 60's a mate of mine asked his dad if he could have a motorbike for his 16th birthday.
"Leave it with me" said his dad.
His dad got him one of these as motorbikes were too dangerous

Its a Reliant! First produced in 1934. Some had single cylinder JAP engines, and others a V-Twin.

That one was too easy for you. I can't remember the exact model my mate had but the one in the picture is the 8cwt Van and the later models , the Reliant Regent , used an Austin 7 engine. What I can remember was that the van steered like a pig, the interior filled with engine fumes and the body shook like a rickity shed in an earthquake. Needless to say that it was not quite the image my mate had in mind so it had little use before it went to the breakers

Those wheels look like Compomotive, the body shape looks almost Maserati like Biturbo maybe? ... I thought Cortina at first but quickly shot that idea down, lol

I thought Maserati too but that indicator is putting me off. The best I can come up with is that it's from the 80's
