The wheels look like Lancia and the body looks like Bertone, but just guessing.

Also looks like a Fiat 850 coupe or Abarth 1000 coupe, but the front doesn't match...

Apparently there were only about 100 of these models ever manufactured, so this may be a tricky one

Lot of head scratching over this one. I don't like to trawl the internet, but even then I couldn't find it. Had a book once in italian, on coachbuilders and rare cars. I think its a Carozzeria Ellena and probably Fiat based??? 1500 cc around 1964??
