The wheels look like they're off an EMW or AWZ P70...

Ok, here's a clue- the vehicle was manufactured in an english speaking country with mechanicals sourced from behind the iron curtain... [-/

Well done Rusty- the Trekka it is- New Zealand's sole contribution to the diversity of international motoring! A New Zealand made body on Skoda Octavia mechanicals- actually was quite popular in the car starved 60's NZ! Your turn now...

I knew it was probably Skoda mechanicals, just had no idea what else they would fit it to  :P

Cheers Chris , I have been slow in sorting out another "mystery" car. Footnote to the Trekka , Damon you gave away too many clues when you mentioned Todd Naills other book .
Now the second car I ever had was a Ford Mk1 Cortina and the lower year quarter of that car rings bells but not sure about the other three quarters of the car  ;D

Hi, the latest mystery car looks to be the Ogle GT conversion of the Ford Cortina MK1... As for Rusty's reply- there is no point making it too difficult- i'm glad my clues led you to the Teriffic Trekka! ;)
