The pope-mobil. Some kit type of thing based on a proper car, I was only going by the door handle but can't place it, the wheels look like 4x4 wheels and the door shape is Early Merc G or landy 90.
Looks ugly anyway.
The rails by the doors are the same as in my grannies bathroom. I can only assume it is for a wheelchair in the back.
