Well done GTMaster. It is a Voisin. He was a very eccentric designer and was influenced by his aircraft design and technology experience.

Yes those Voisin's are nice and they use engines that have sleeve valves.

I really like the look of the car, very modern for the time and still looks better than most of the new cars around now (pop up headlights and front wheel drive).
