Axel Gerste do them 28 euros plus post but its worth giving ricambio international a ring and speak to Franco 07501 721034 or Felice 07501 721035 in the U.K.

I bought a copper gasket from Ricambio, they have to sell you a complete gasket set and it's around £50!

most engine shops (and I worked in one for 2 years) will only skim the head the minimum amount to get the face level again unless you specifically request it to raise the compression.
theres no set amount (I assume you are having it done after the head gasket has gone?)

thanks, thats what i was worried about if there was a required amount to keep the compression the same as standard with the thicker gasket,
i'm used to vespa's being quite sensitive to compression!
