The brazing between the heating/cooling return pipes can have a hairline crack which may only be noticed when the system is under pressure. I used cold weld but that only lasted a few months so I cut mine off and replaced them with heater hose. I have not had a problem since.

Hi there, good to see you on the forums m8    i've never had a water leak from where you stated, only from a water pipe coming off the radiator? But i'll know what to do if its happens, ive heard of others
getting water leaks all over the place!
