trust me no one more anxous than me to see it all come togehter. to be honest though, its not that much metal, the flywheel was very heavy in the first place and still has alot of weight to it, but i agree that my worst fear is the " lumpy" affect it might have but i do have another standard flywheel, so if it all goes wrong, its no loss. Think of it as an experiment, someones gotta do it and pass on the info

not quite sure on the balancing though, i won't be balancing it with the crank/rods/pistons as i have already assembled the engine, and to be honest, i'm not quite sure it needs it cos the balancing charactaristics hav'nt changed much - i mean its still heavy on one side and light on the other and its not like i've shifted the weight around, its still as it left the factory, just thinner :shock:
