changing wheels/hub

Just a quick question, to anyone who has changed from the 500/early 126 wheel setup to ones of 4x98 pcd.

To change the rear hubs to a 126 setup, what exactly do you need to change. Is it just the hub, or do you have to change the back plate, drum etc also?
