I got these recently, ebay 180115603631, identical but 4.5 wide. sold as 127,128 wheels but I haven't seen either with knock on hubcaps. Not seen a 131 or variant with hubcaps either, last Fiat to have chrome hubcaps that I can remember is the 124 sports.
Make sure they are not Lada wheels because they do not have the safety bead and you have to use tubes and they are usually in pretty corroded condition.
I looked for ages for steel wheels with nubs for hubcaps, if I found four one one more of them would be buckled.
