Hi Folks,
Does the BIS Alternator have a built in regulator or is it external......If external, where is it !

The regulator on a Bis alternator is screwed to the rear end of it, under the black plastic cover mate, disconnect all other wires from the alternator before removing it though. And be careful because one of them is a permanent live.

disconnect the battery first and you wont have to worry about the permanent live
