Im after a pair of brand new rear coil springs for my 1987 126. Axel Gerstl does them but he only takes credit cards and I dont want one of those! Any Polish members able to get a pair to me?

why new?,they are'nt really prone to sagging etc? i have some good used here if you want thm for the price of postage..only removed for lowering :cool:

OK, a couple of years ago I replaced the front, ever since its sat high on the front compared to the rear. I just thought a new set might put the height up at the back.

ah......stupid question,but,did you sit it down off the jacks before tightining the bottom kingpin bolts?....sorry i dont mean to offend.
..but it does get over looked and does give high ride

........................i wonder if some after market springs are harder than others?,did'nt a 500 owner have/got the same problem?...................................

OK, loosened the bolts but it made no difference so I must have done them up off jack. checked tracking and it was toe in of 8mm... reduced this to 2mm and it seems to sit a bit better and my steering wheel is now straight

mm toe in would have helped to jack the car up......even 2mm is a lot i have mine at zero static,i guess that equels around 1-2 toe out driving.seems great and gives great turn in.....
