Isle fo wight motor show
« on: February 05, 2007, 09:29:35 PM »
Does anyone do the Isle of Wight motor show in the summer?
There are usually loads of 500's, and its usually a good show.
I live on the island so i could, but its best in groups.

Just an idea

i am up for it as my sister and parents have moved to the isle recently , so it wont be a problem for me , do the ferries do a discount for a block booking from a car club?

Sorry, i called it the wrong name!
Its the Classic car show/rally (the motor show is all new stuff)
I think they might do a discount for block bookings, although im not sure. I know they are always doing offers so i'll look into it.
An i'll try and find more information about the show for everyone, but as far as im aware...its a group rally then a meet at newport. (and possibly ryde).
Ill look into it :P

I have just bought a 126 air cooled.

Would be good to try that one as I'm in Southampton.

The air-cooled is in bits at the moment so worst case I'll take the BIS.
'84 aircooled 126 & 500F still in kit form
