New site for modified 500's – Cars needed
« on: January 11, 2007, 06:05:35 PM »
Hi

I am in the process of putting together a site dedicated to modified 500's. The plan is to have a resource with advice and help for those thinking about modifying their car and a showcase for completed projects as well as a free cars and parts classified adverts.

At the moment the site only has three cars in the gallery and I am looking for others to feature, do you have a modified 500 either aircooled or engine transplanted that you would like to have featured? If so then follow the instructions in the Submit you car section of the site:

http://www.retro500.com

Any feedback/comments would be much appreciated

Nigel

hi mate thats fantastic,

great site! I can see that getting loads of hits, have you submited to google yet? if you want/need help sumitting to google just ask, should be able to get it up the ranking list, with a few meta tags.

also when i was looking at the gallery section, i thought it would be good to have a simple comments/banter underneath each car in the gallery.

nice one mate

regards

Some help with google would be much appreciated, the plan is to add comments/information on the cars as and when I find time. I also want to produce a comprehensive tuning guide for aircooleds when I get some free time.

Aready added a couple more cars and the plan is to get 20 plus up within the next few months

That site definitely has the makings of something great. It is definitely about time something was devoted to the modified 500s.

Your idea of a comprehensive tuning guide would be awesome too.

If only mine could be anything like the 3 already featured - instead, I have to make do with a car that is grateful that it gets me from A to B daily. One day...

One of my favorite modded 500's of all time, fitted with a modded  Fiat Tipo engine cut in half!
