126 suitcase brown in colour with cream intrerior, specially shaped for the 126 boot and is branded 126. see the pics in the post been a long week.

why are you selling it? i would have thought it would have added to the car, it just seems a pity to seperate the car (i see you have also very kindly donated your radio) from its accessories.

ive fitted an alarm to the 126 and now the suitcase wont fit in the boot!!!! yes ive donated a red voxson as i already have one fitted and thought somebody might like pne for their 126 rather than ebay it

?..............move/delete the alarm (how big?) rather than seperate the rare item from the nice car.............. :shock:............there is room under the batt box,and under the water bag you know?

yer Dave is right Martin, such a great item to have cant you move the alarm? The only reason i can see you wanting to get rid of the suitcase is if you found a body in it

lol it is silk lined and would make a nice mini coffin!!!!!!!!!!

when the alarm was fitted there wasnt enough wire to reach the fuse box so it had to go on the floor near fuse box.

i tried extending the wire but the alarm doesnt work as well as it should.

personally i would not have even drilled holes to fit the alarm, but as you have, why not keep the case for shows and remove the alarm in situations like that. there are some very good security devices that do not involve mods to the car such as the disc-lock.

personally i didnt drill !!!!!!!

the alarm is on a specila bracket that is mounted using a special adhesive tape and the alarm fits onto the bracket hey presto!!!!!!

the case will only be sat in the garage loft gathering dust and will eventually be forgotten about and id rather it went to some use than being left to collect dust!!!!!!!

Umm... a rare piece of 126, I wonder.... with a bit of cut and shut will fit in my 500, could even put a Giannini badge on it

Seriously though, you should hang onto it, even if its only to sell on with the car at a later date, its a great piece of the cars history. If not then hpefully sombody like Chris should buy it, its a great item for shows (could hold the club shop)

wasnt good fortune it was nearly two years hunting and many miles covered looking at heaps of 126s all over the country.

the case did not come with the deville it was bought after wards and given to me with the car as the seller had no use for it.

i think it would be better for someone to use it rather than sit in my garage loft collecting dust!!!!

ive never seen one before and doubt i will again i dont know of anyone else whose seen one?? but im sure somebody will want it for thier 126?
