There isn't any other thing under there that's oily unless someone has sprayed something like WD40 onto the clutch and brake pivot, and its run down behind the carpet :$

Just looked at the previous receipts. Yep, I had it looked at by Proeiti two plus years ago. They probably doused it with WD40.
